If additional hours are needed, they must be pre-approved by the customer. The fee will be $40.00/hour Domestic, $50.00/hour International.. The total fee will be owed when all services rendered.

*Retainer Fee is paid upfront to pay for research, information gathering and advisory services. This is a non-refundable fee. If you decide to cancel your trip or your trip gets canceled and want to want to use our services for your rescheduled trip, we will give you a 50% credit on your new purchased plan. Proof of cancelation is required. This credit must be used within 1 year of your original scheduled trip.

Services w/o a Retainer Fee (for limited services desired such as airfare only, lodging only, tours & excursions only, etc.), will be $50.00/hour, with a $200. non-refundable deposit required. A minimum of 4 hours of service is provided. If additional hours are needed (pre-approved by the customer), it will be $50.00/hour. The balance of the total fee will be owed when all services are rendered.

Paypal, Credit Card or Debit Card processing fees are included in the above fees.

There is a $100. Referral Fee (for Cruises and Group Tours only) if your reservation is booked with one of our referred Travel Agency partner companies. The Fee will be billed and collected from our Travel Agent partner company. The referral Fee cost will be offset by the trip savings provided by our Travel Agency partner companies.

Referral business (from Customers or Non-Customers) will receive a VISA Gift card equal to 10% of the total cost of services/plan purchased.

Repeat Customer will receive a 20% Discount of services/plan purchased.

For cost savings, we will recommend the best time to travel, best Travel Agency and Tour companies, travel discounts available and suggested credit cards (rated by customer users) to use for travel rewards, to help reduce your travel cost.
